Supporting local charities & the city of Galway
The Galway Mayor’s Ball is an annual event on the Galway social calendar. It brings together the movers and shakers in Galway city to raise funds for local charities. Working closely with The Galmont Hotel, we created a live event stage for guest musicians and entertainers, such as Mickey Joe Harte, Trade on the Prom, St Patric’s Brass Band, and Galway Youth Jazz Orchestra. A multichannel campaign was launched for this event, highlighting the purpose of fundraising.
In addition we were celebrating ‘Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture’, and honoring The Stunning with Mayor of Galway Awards for contribution to Arts and Music. We design an advertising campaign for The Stunning’s presence. A tribute video was premiered at the Mayor’s Ball. Each table was named after a former European Capital of culture, so the guest would not only locate their seats easily but sense the idea of ‘Galway 2020’.
